We realise that the contractors we send to site are are a reflection of us and poor workmanship reflects negatively on our company. We have a strict process that is followed before sending contractors to site as Health and Safety of your home is our priority.

Site Inspections
We don’t attend in camouflage. In fact, we like to tell you when we are attending so that we can use our time on site as an opportunity to meet with you and discuss the development.

We work round the clock 7 days a week so that you can have peace of mind that in the case of emergency – we are are there to help. This is an in house service so the property manager that takes your call will have access to your records, showing the suppliers and contractors that know your block.
